中式: 肉: 牛肉

鲣鱼酱油
Katsuo (鰹) is a Japanese word that refers to skipjack tuna, also known as bonito. It can also be used as a first name. 
这种木鱼酱油是日本超市常见的调味品,比中国的酱油(生抽)略淡,带有木鱼的鲜味,用来做日本料理,凉拌,酱油拉面,或做冷面的酱汁都很好吃。 一次做一瓶,放冰箱冷藏,因为没有防腐剂,不要存放太久以免变质,冰箱冷藏约可保存一个月。
