- 2 cups of grated Parmesan Cheese 1x

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cold water (add more if needed)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
Instructions:
1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.2. Add Butter: Cut in the cold butter using your hands or a pastry cutter until the mixture is crumbly.3. Add Wet Ingredients
- In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water and vinegar.
- Pour into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
4. Knead & Rest

- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this helps it roll out better).
5. Roll & Fill
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut into circles (about 4-6 inches in diameter).
- Fill with your choice of savory or sweet filling.
6. Seal & Fry
- Fold over into a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with a fork or crimping.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F/175° C) for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
